Polynucleotides Marylebone ("we", "our", "us") is a website published by the UNTIL group. It provides information about polynucleotide treatment and passes enquiries to UNTIL Health Concierge at UNTIL Marylebone, 1 Orchard Street, London W1H 6HJ. It is not a clinic and provides no treatment. The data controller contact is james.morrissey@until.co.uk.

Data we collect: when you send the enquiry form, your first and last name, email address, mobile number, the treatment area you ask about, where you would like to be seen, the best time to reach you, how you found us and any message you write. The form asks for no medical history, and we ask you not to include any.

How we use it: UNTIL Health Concierge reads your enquiry and uses it to reply to you and, if you ask for one, to arrange an assessment with a registered practitioner. The details needed to arrange that assessment are passed to the practitioner who will see you, and to no one else. We never sell data and never share it with third parties for marketing.

Where it is kept: enquiries are sent by email to UNTIL Health Concierge and stored in a database hosted by Supabase. Please ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your UK GDPR rights: access, correction, deletion (subject to legal retention), restriction, and complaint to the ICO. Email james.morrissey@until.co.uk to exercise any right.
